Stress, learning and memory – friends or foes?
Stress can affect health, but does it impact cognitive processes? This article explains how poorly timed, chronic or high levels of stress affect our ability to learn and memorise information.
In this two-part webinar, Prof. Stough, discusses the complexity of cognitive processes and the evidence for the clinically researched Bacopa monnieri extract CDRI 08 and its relevance in enhancing cognition.
Across two informative webinars, Prof. Stough will reveal the vast extent of research and development into CDRI 08, spanning 50+ years, and its benefits in cognitive health.

Stress can affect health, but does it impact cognitive processes? This article explains how poorly timed, chronic or high levels of stress affect our ability to learn and memorise information.
There is much evidence to show that stress affects multiple facets of mood, sense of well-being, and health, but could it also affect memory and learning?
A summary of the research showing the efficacy and tolerability of CDRI 08 (specific extract Bacopa monnieri) in memory, concentration and learning function.
The specific bacopa extract, CDRI 08, has both acute and chronic dosing studies in learning and memory, while reducing stress levels when cognitively challenged. This article reviews this research.
