Meno Thrive™ contains a unique, specific extract from the plant Trigonella foenum-graecum, also known as fenugreek. This extract is standardised to a proprietary blend of saponin glycosides (Fenuside^TM) and has been researched in multiple double-blind, placebo controlled clinical studies demonstrating benefits for menopausal symptom relief and sexual function.^1,4 Trigonella foenum-graecum has been shown in clinical research to help maintain the natural balance of multiple hormones including oestradiol, progesterone and testosterone, within healthy, normal ranges.^2-5

Recommended dosage & directions

Adults: Take 2 capsules daily with water. For best results, take 1 capsule in the morning and evening with food.

Although Trigonella foenum-graecum is generally well tolerated, supplementation may cause mild gastrointestinal side effects in sensitive individuals.

Meno Thrive™ may affect some medications. It may increase the effects of anticoagulant, anti-platelet, diabetes (hypoglycaemic), metropolol and SSRI medication. It may reduce the effects of phenytoin, theophylline, and sildenafil. If you have specific concerns about using Meno Thrive™ with other medications, it is important that you talk to your health professional.

Due to a possible hypoglycaemic effect of Trigonella foenum-graecum, close monitoring of glycaemic control by a healthcare professional should be considered in patients treated for diabetes mellitus.

Although there are no known human clinical studies indicating an adverse hormonal effect of Trigonella foenum-graecum supplementation, caution (or avoidance) is advised for patients with hormone sensitive conditions.
